Raptor Full Body Harness

The SAR RAPTOR full body harness has been designed by Dave Allport from years of experience in hanging in harnesses and the evolution of these designs came the RAPTOR. A known design of his but with slight modifications brought on by constructive input from users over the years. The harness was designed for technical access and rescue personnel.
The RAPTOR has triple front attachment connections with the two front waist connections being independent of each other. On the RAPTOR 6 there are two extra side connections that fold back flat when not required for use. The harness also has sandwich closed cell foam formed pads for waist and legs giving superb comfort. Polyester webs are used for extra strength, abrasion resistance and have an extremely high resistance to UV degradation. It has open/wrap around fitting for safety when donning in areas of danger, or when wearing dirty boots. It can also be left fastened at the waist and adjusted to slacken the waist connector and the chest connector unclipped to give step in fitting if required. The style does not allow the shoulder webbing to cut into the neck as other harnesses do eliminating the need for shoulder pads. The design of the two front waist connections allow them to slide up putting the user in to the correct sit position and not pulling into the groin area or under the rib cage as the simple designs do.
